Don’t for get the card:
all fresh flowers orders include a nature-inspired card, simply add to card and the discount is applied at checkout. If you include a message, but no card is selected, a blank card will be selected for you.
Recipient phone number is required for order confirmation and the recipient should be present for delivery.
Easy Care:
Pro tip: cut the bottom 1cm of stems every other day.
Refresh water daily.
Keep away from harsh sunlight, high heat, and wind.
Terms and Conditions:
Longevity varies with flower variety. All flowers grown on our own farm and surrounding local farms are harvested fresh. This means they are extra good drinkers! Expect to refill the water daily.
Some blooms may not be fully open from bud in order to increase the time your blooms will be enjoyed.
The integrity of your bouquet design is the responsibility of the recipient once it leaves the farm via pickup or once it is delivered. Please note that Strawberry Moon Blooms advises keeping all fresh flower designs away from intense heat and light. This is a fresh flower design which should be placed in cool, clean water when not wearing or holding. The rule of thumb is, if you wouldn’t drink out of the container, your flowers don’t want to either. Trim stem ends daily to prevent naturally-occurring bacteria from reducing the longevity of your design.
Pickup person or recipient: you must include the full name and phone number of the intended recipient with your order.

Yes! Our design studio relies heavily on the best and freshest flowers we can get. We do this by sourcing locally whenever possible. Be prepared to browse selections and palettes that reflect the natural shapes and colors found in East Tennessee during the season of your event.

We offer two sizes for prom and homecoming bouquets: ‘Posy’ and ‘Deluxe.’
Nosegay: a highly curated selection of flowers and historically accurate bouquet size that harkens to Elizabethan and Edwardian times.
Posy: Easy to hold in one hand, larger than the nosegay size. Equal is size to a small Bridesmaid Bouquet.

If selecting free pickup, arrive at our farm stand at 298 West Valley Drive within the pickup window selected at checkout.
The person who placed the order should pickup, or they need to designate an alternate pickup person during checkout.
For local delivery, the recipient should be present to accept the item.
