These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the site.

3. Use of Our Website & Services

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use of the site.

You may not:

  • Use this site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

  • Attempt to interfere with the site’s security or functionality

  • Use our content for commercial purposes without express written permission

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or restrict access at our discretion.

4. Sales, Delivery, Returns & Exchanges

All purchases made through our online shop, farmstand, or related services are subject to the following Store Policies.

Claims & Communication

All claims must be submitted in writing via email to sara@strawberrymoonblooms.com.
Claims submitted via online forms or social media messages will be redirected to email.

You can expect a response to claims within 1 business day.

Missed Deliveries & Pickup

  • Missed pickup items will be held no longer than 2 business days due to the perishable nature of flowers.

  • If no one is available to receive a delivery, items may be left in a sheltered location when possible.

  • If delivery is not possible due to weather or safety concerns, a re-delivery attempt may be made.

  • If the recipient is unavailable or declines re-delivery, no refunds or returns will be offered.

  • Recipients must respond to delivery communications within 2 business days.

Fresh Flowers & Subscriptions

  • Due to seasonality and perishability, substitutions of equal or greater value may be made.

  • Strawberry Moon Blooms does not guarantee that arrangements will exactly match product photos.

  • Once flowers leave our studio or delivery vehicle, responsibility for care transfers to the recipient.

  • Proper care is required to maintain freshness; we guarantee a minimum vase life of 5 days with appropriate care.

  • Refunds or exchanges are not available for aesthetic preferences.

Subscription-specific terms are outlined on individual product pages. Date changes must be selected within 8 days of the original delivery date.

A La Carte Wedding Flowers

  • All A La Carte wedding flower purchases are final.

  • Palette changes may be made up to 30 days before the event.

  • Additional designs may be ordered up to 14 days before the event.

  • Cancellations must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the event date.

  • Full refunds are generally not available due to the nature of wedding preparation.

Merchandise (Non-Perishable Items)

  • Exchanges or store credit may be offered within 30 days if items are unused and in original packaging.

  • Chocolate truffles by Bellafina Chocolates are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

5. Payments

We accept payment methods as displayed at checkout, which may include major credit cards and other payment providers supported by Squarespace. All payments must be completed before orders are processed.

6. Public Comments & User Content

If you submit comments, reviews, or other public content on our site:

  • You may not post copyrighted material you do not own or have permission to use

  • You may not post abusive, defamatory, or unlawful content

  • You are responsible for the content you submit

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

7. Member-Only & Protected Content

You may not share, distribute, or reproduce links to protected Member Site content, including images, videos, downloads, or other restricted materials.

8. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, photographs, graphics, logos, and designs—is the property of Strawberry Moon Blooms and is protected by United States copyright laws.
