I love weaving in locally grown flowers into your wedding day for truly unique, seasonally connected designs. I can’t wait to hear your vision of how you want your wedding flowers to make your special day feel and what colors you are drawn to. For weddings April-October, booking 12-18 months in advance often means we are planning crops just for you! Booking this far in advance is not a requirement, but it does make it easier to bring seriously unique blooms to your special day.

Full-Service or A La Carte?
At Strawberry Moon Blooms, we classify wedding flowers into ‘Full-Service’ or ‘A La Carte’ based on the level of services needed to bring the vision into reality.
There is no minimum budget you need to meet to have access to our team’s skills.
What does full-service mean?
Full-services is what you need if you want a completely customized floral experience. We take everything ‘wedding flowers’ off your plate. You simply get to enjoy the beauty!
How does A La Carte work?
Our A La Carte designs menu is the solution for locals who cherish fresh flowers and don’t need our full services for setup. Perfect for microweddings, anniversary parties and other small local events, you can request a color palette or shop on demand for go-to designs in popular colors.
All A La Carte designs are ready-to-use and easy to place where they are needed at your event. A designated person will need to receive the order upon delivery or pick it up. Pickup and delivery are available for day-of your event. Buckets of Blooms may be picked up as early as the day before so you have time to complete your DIY flowers.
What’s Not Included with A La Carte wedding flowers:
Suspended installations or full upright floral arbors
Coordination with venue or planner by lead floral designer
Customized wedding color palette
Digital mockups of designs

We’ll listen closely and ask all the good questions to make sure your celebration feels just right.
This is where we accurately gauge the scope of your project and set you up for exactly the right services for your unique event.
You’re in good hands, we really think of everything.

If you are booking A La Carte designs, you’ll receive your custom invoice and Contract of terms and conditions to accept. For A La Carte orders, this is the final step for booking your beautiful blooms for pickup or local delivery.
For full-service flowers, you’ll receive your custom Proposal and Retainer Invoice to reserve your date same-day as your first call with us.

Full-service clients will have the option to schedule a venue-walkthrough. Once you’ve booked your date, we’ve already begun working on your digital mockups for delivery. We’ll set a date with you for your final design consultation to discuss your mockups and ensure you are beyond happy with your flowers. Feel free to invite your wedding planner or have them run point for this session. Strawberry Moon Blooms is a team player and our goal is making your celebration effortless and gorgeous.
Your contract with your itemized list of designs and services, and your final invoice, will be sent electronically.
