Host a Photography Session

Location rental for Professional Photographers

Photographers may book a session to host May-October

Rate: $45/hr.

Mini-sessions: additional $5 per session.

Photographers act as host for the photo session and must sign our Field Agreement for the current year.

WHAT TO EXPECT AT THE FARM:

Photographers: when visiting the farm, if you see another area you would like to photograph, feel free to ask!

Certain areas or flower fields may not be available for photography sessions at all times of the season.

The u-pick fields are working flower fields (dead-headed regularly to encourage more blooms and harvested for sale) so flowers in full-bloom cannot be guaranteed. Our Flower Photography Field, however, will be in full bloom for 5 consecutive weeks, is not harvested, and is planted specifically for photography.

If you or your client will be bringing a registered service animal, please include that information in advance.

Flower Farm Photo Session Checklist:

  • Have clients check-in with you upon arrival.

  • Advise clients of safety concerns (rough terrain, heavy machinery, etc.)

  • Let your clients know our farm rules (ex: children must be supervised at all times.)
